Please read all information regarding repair or credit returns before submitting the form. It is extremely important that you speak with an application engineer to obtain an RMA number before returning goods for repair or credit! Failure to do so could result in costly bench fees.

Returns for Credit

  • duTec products carry a 2 year warranty for parts and labor.
  • Under this warranty duTec has the option to replace or repair, free of charge, any component part of such product.
  • If you do not speak with Technical Support, and your product is found to be free of any defect (NDF) you will be charged $50.00.
  • Stocking box must be adequately packaged in a larger packing box, to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • All non-warranty repairs will be charged a bench fee (see below).
  • Shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Shipments are usually made via UPS Ground.
  • Stocking box must be adequately packaged in a larger packing box, to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • Must be within 60 days following shipment.
  • Returned undamaged and unopened in the original stocking box with documentation, if applicable.
  • Stocking box must be adequately packaged in a larger packing box, to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • A Restocking Fee equal to 20% of list price will be applied, with the exception of evaluation units.
  • Software products are non-returnable.

The stocking box is NOT adequate protection from the possibility of damage during shipping, and if such damage occurs, any repairs necessitated by the damage will be charged to the customer.
